Pilates for Pregnancy: 34 Weeks

Today I’m 34 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had a great lesson with Alisa Wyatt at Vintage Pilates. It felt so wonderful to move and have a strong workout. Pilates for Pregnancy: 22 Weeks

I wanted to share my current mat workout that I’m enjoying at twenty-two weeks. While I can do all these exercises, I usually just do a collection of them to keep my body limber and feeling strong. Remember to listen to your own body (I’ve been doing Pilates for over ten years!), listen to your doctor and listen to your own Pilates instructor. If you want help, I’d love to teach you!

My Favorite Way to Eat Sardines

Recipe

1 can sardines, drained

1-2 tbsp chopped red onion

1 tbsp capers and/or chopped pickles

3-4 tbsp Primal Mayo (or homemade mayonaise)

1/4 chopped apple
