1 can sardines, drained

1-2 tbsp chopped red onion

1 tbsp capers and/or chopped pickles

3-4 tbsp Primal Mayo (or homemade mayonaise)

1/4 chopped apple

salt & pepper to taste

Enjoy with mixed greens, in a warm organic corn tortilla or on top of Mary’s Gone Crackers (only choose the soy-free varieties).
